To which countries do you ship?
We ship to all countries in the world.
What is the delivery time of the product?
The product will be prepared and send within three working days.
Can I track my parcel / product online?
All shipments are traceable online. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel with the appropriate courier company once your order has been processed.
What are the shipping fees?
Within the NL we charge €20. In the EU we charge €30,- shipping fees. For shipping worldwide, we charge €45 shipping fees. Customs and other import processing fees are not included and must be handled by the customer. The return fees are at your own expense.
How can I return my product?
The return fees are at your own expense. Before shipping we do a quality check on the product. We always take pictures before shipping and the product is fully insured during transport. If you are not satisfied with your the product, please contact us at email@example.com. We will come to a solution to gether.
